I’m Ellen, I’m a London-based yoga asana teacher with a background in dynamic vinyasa, pranayama and yoga philosophy.

I teach from a place of joy and compassion, based on a deep respect for the practice and my own experience with hypermobility, injury and body awareness.

Expect breath-focused and uplifting classes with opportunity for challenge and rest.

  • A dynamic and heat-building vinyasa with a keen focus on skilful movement and linking breath and beat – with or without music!

  • My classes are open level and I aim to make all feel welcome in the yoga room! If you are totally new to yoga I also offer classes for beginners.
